Matt St. Charles has been making movies that he is not embarrassed of since 1999. A child of the 80's, Matt loves old school special effects like you'd find in Star Wars and The Neverending Story. He loves building contraptions to accomplish an effect or camera move, and loves to bounce real light off of real objects. He has made hundreds of commercials, more short films than he can count on both hands, and has cinematographered over four feature films. He works frequently with his parents on smash hits such as Remote Control Grandpa and Hooked on Humboldt. Matt will be revealing the magic behind a variety of clips featuring his special effects work. Expect to see flying cars, flying superheroes, muzzle flashes, miniatures, explosions, stop-motion animation, flying vegetables, and singing hamsters.
